Scout (possible Sniper, whichever sounds better) - 8 levels/4 skills

1. Recon - chance to spawn with 100% invisibility and 200% speed boost (for 8 sec) and no weapons (24% chance for it to happen at max level), after 8 sec scout/usp/armor/knife will be given to the player
2. Marksmanship - your scout has a chance on hit to do extra damage (at max level 100% chance to do +20% damage, not quite enough for insta kill in most cases, but enough to do some serious damage)
3. Armory - chance to spawn with a scout, armor, and deagle but with slightly less cash (100% for scout, 100% for armor, 10% for deagle, and -$2000 at max level)
4. Hardcore Camper (Ultimate) - makes you partially invisible when not moving (aka camping) and with your scout currently equipped (80% at max level, after shooting theres a 2 sec cooldown, 3 sec cooldown after switching TO the scout)
recon lets the scout get to a good camping spot before anybody else arrives, on ct it would let them get to bombsite first, or get to an ambush spot for t's that are guarding hosties, for t it would let them get to bombsite first, or get to a good camping spot to get ct long before they reach hosties
marksmanship allows for chest shots (80 dmg) to do good damage (around 96) but not quite enough for a kill cept maybe at point blank.
armory allows the scout to spawn with their scout, armor, and small chance for deagle, at the cost of $2000, buying them seperate would run around $4000, so its like a price cut.
lastly hardcore camper allows the scout to improvise a camping spot, and get at least one kill (unless you suck hardcore (no offense)) while the cooldown stops the scout from running into the middle of the map and just own everybody (unless they are really good).
