This lets an admin who is spectating a player to take control of them, I think this would be a fun way to screw with hackers, spawn campers, sky walkers, and anybody else the admin wants to make his/her bitch. For obvious reasons it should be restricted to real admins (not top5) but if you can get trustworthy people who wont abuse it then it works fine, I've only seen it done once, and that was when admin took control of a t who hid the whole map in spawn, and then ran to bombsite to plant, but instead admin made him throw the bomb and simply run in circles shouting "I'm at B!" until the ct's found and promptly ownt him.
